TOMMY HILFIGER

Tommy Hilfiger took a modern spin on the preppy college girl look and even though the full looks were a little bit too preppy to be taking up space in my personal closet next fall, I felt the collection was really very beautiful. And, I could be walking around one of those shearling coats (that second last one!) just like that.

Ok, so it is not a big surprise I liked the coats, since my love for outerwear has unintentionally resulted in a massive amount of them hanging in my hallway over the years.

Everything was just right on point, the venue, the models and how they worked the runway, the music and how the collection was built up from the very first to the very last model.

DAM SQUARE

In the weekends I always like to take things easy. Sleep in a little, wrap up on the couch in a blanket with a vessel of tea and on a very rare occasion bake some cookies (just to throw 90% of them away afterwards because they are too many to handle on my own and my boyfriend does not like things that are full of sugar). Coming near Dam Square is therefor no way near my top three of favorite things to do on a Saturday – when these photos were taken -, but sometimes inevitable. And by inevitable I mean some shopping needed to be done. And then I came home empty handed…

It is weird because whenever I have certain items in mind that I want and/or feel ready to spend it all – by way of speaking – I can not seem to find anything perfect enough to take home. And when I think I have it all and do not even need another pair of socks, I bump into all kinds of perfect things. Is it me?

Coat, Cos; Jacket, H&M; Sweater, Zara Men’s; Pants, Zara; Shoes, Tommy Hilfiger; Bag, Gerard Darel.

TOMMY HILFIGER x BLAUER

Same bottom, different top, there is those boots again. They are way too easy to unite with just about anything in my closet. This time I chose the Tommy Hilfiger x Blauer jacket that I got when it was waaayyy too warm to even try it on. I adore the fact that this jacket is super different from the usual long classic coat that I tend to go for. And most importantly, despite its shortness, it keeps me warm!

Tommy Hilfiger x Blauer jacketUniqlo turtleneck, Diesel jeans, Maison Martin Margiela x H&M shoes and Zara hat.

TOMMY HILFIGER x BLAUER

Remember those 24 hours I spent in Firenze last June for the limited edition Tommy Hilfiger x Blauer collaboration? The jackets are out now and I got the ‘military’ inspired one with very chic royal blue lining. Can not wait to wear it when it gets a tiny little bit colder. Maybe in Paris?
